Chairman
Bolade Oyebolu is a Chartered Accountant trained in KPMG Audit before working as the Commercial Manager of Unisys-Inlaks Computers, Nigeria. He was an associate in the Asset Based Finance Unit of Ventures & Trusts Limited before setting up Venture Capital Partners and after that Value Street Advisors which he leads. His work covers Consulting, Business Advisory Services, Business Recovery Services, recruitment, project management, and business incubation services. He brings his many years of experience to bear in the company's affairs. He is also a Director of KOA Consulting Limited, FSS Gases Limited, and Unmanned Flight Operations (UFO). He has served the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria Corporate Finance Management Faculty Board and Technical Research and Public Policy Committee.
Mr. Oyebolu graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ife in 1982. Mr. Oyebolu is a Scholar of the British Council's Interaction African Leadership Programme and is an alumnus of the West Africa Capital Market School

Alhaji Abubakar Sadik

Alhaji Abubakar Sadik Adam is a distinguished Nigerian professional with a robust background in business administration and law. Born on February 21, 1959, in Jimeta, Adamawa State, he holds multiple degrees, including a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Bayero University and an LL.B from Ahmadu Bello University. His career began with the National Youth Service Corps at Shell Oil Development Company and has since evolved through various significant roles in organizations like Nigerian Airways and NTA Yola. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of the Legal Services Department at the National Health Insurance Scheme, where he has contributed to various departments since 2002. Adam's professional affiliations include membership in the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Institute of Management, among others. He is known for his strong writing skills, excellent computer proficiency, and ability to foster teamwork. His commitment to utilizing his expertise for societal benefit is evident in his stated goal to offer his professional experience to humanity. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, writing, and golfing, reflecting a well-rounded personality dedicated to both personal growth and community service.
Alhaji Abubakar Sadik Adam has a comprehensive educational background that spans several decades and institutions. He began his education at Central Primary School in Jimeta, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate from 1966 to 1973. He then attended Gaya Government Secondary School in Kano, earning his West African School Certificate between 1973 and 1977. Adam pursued higher education at Bayero University in Kano, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1982. He furthered his studies at the University of Jos, where he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 1985 to 1987. In pursuit of a legal career, Adam attended Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, obtaining his LL.B between 1993 and 2002. He then completed the Nigerian Law School program in Abuja, receiving his Barrister-at-Law (B.L) qualification and being called to the Nigerian Bar from 2002 to 2003. Throughout his career, he has also participated in various training courses, seminars, and workshops to enhance his professional skills. His educational qualifications are complemented by memberships in several professional organizations, including the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Dr. Bashir Tahir

Dr. Bashir Tahir is currently a Professor of Surgery/Consultant Surgeon Special Grade I and Deputy Provost College of Medicine Sciences in Yobe State. He was a former lecturer I (Surgery/Consultant in the University of Maiduguri and only recently became a Professor of Surgery in the same University. He was appointed Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC) in the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital between 2010 and 2014, and the second term in office between 2014 and 2018. He held several positions in the same University at different times. He also bagged several awards for his meaningful contributions to the health industry.
He attended the school of basic studies in Maiduguri between 1980- 1982 and obtained his University degree in 1991 from the University of Maiduguri. He also had his postgraduate medical education in the same University

Dr. Leke Oshunniyi

Dr. Leke Oshunniyi is a seasoned Private Medical Practitioner and Health Administrator. He has been a Director of the Royal Cross Medical Centre, Ikoyi, Lagos, from 1990 to date. Between 1988 and 1996, he was the Social Secretary and General Secretary of the Lagos State Branch of the Association of General and Private Medical Practitioners of Nigeria (AGPMPN), he served as the National Treasurer from 1994–1996, and was the Secretary-General of the National body of the AGPMPN from 1996-2000. A founding Director of Multishield Ltd. since 1997, he was Publicity Secretary of the Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria (HMCAN) from 1999-2002, and also a founding Trustee of HMCAN. In 2000, he was honored with the Distinguished Service Merit Award and Associate Membership of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and the Fellowship (FAGP) of the AGPMPN. He has been a member of the American College of Physician Executives and National Association of Managed Care Physicians (USA). He was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of Multishield Ltd. in June 2010 and was made substantive Managing Director in July, 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Health and Managed Care Association of Nigeria (HMCAN) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria (FIHIMN).
Dr. Leke Oshunniyi, a Mobil Scholar, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Ibadan Medical School and holds a Diploma in Finance from Harvard.

Mr. Shodimu Olusanjo
Non-Executive Director
Olusanjo Shodimu embarked on his professional journey in 2003 as a technical sales lead with a local software company in Lagos. Subsequently, he transitioned to Broad Bank Nigeria Limited (now part of Union Bank) as a Technology Analyst, where he oversaw network operations and service delivery. Building upon his experience, Olusanjo joined Accenture, a global management consulting and technology company, in 2004 and dedicated a decade (2004 – 2014) to leading the delivery of various strategy and business transformation projects for major banking and insurance clients in Nigeria and across the West African region.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a First-Class degree (Hons) in Physics from the University of Ibadan. He is a qualified Project Management Professional, an ITIL Service Management Expert (UK) and holds an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK (ACII).

Adewale Kadri

Adewale Kadri began his insurance career with Worldwide Insurance Company Limited in 1994 as a Life Marketer and later moved to ELMAC Assurance Nigeria Limited in 1997 where he joined the team that was saddled with the responsibility of marketing the company's various special packaged products. He also worked as an Insurance Officer of Modandola Group of Companies, where he was exposed to the rudiments of insurance broking and technical operations. He later joined the marketing team of Newline Insurance Company Limited and Sun Insurance Plc. where he worked in various managerial capacities before joining the pioneer team of UBA Insurance in 2004 as Group Head of the Brokers' Management Division. While at UBA Insurance, he served in various committees which ensured the successful take-off of the first Banc Assurance Business Model in Nigeria. He had a brief stay at NICON Insurance Plc as Senior Manager/Head of the Strategic Business Unit before joining Oceanic Insurance Company Limited as Group Head of the Brokers Management Unit in 2007. Adewale Kadri was the Acting Managing Director of Oceanic Insurance Company Limited/Old Mutual Nigeria General Insurance between July 2012 and April 2014.
He is a Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and a Chartered Certified Accountant. He holds a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Lagos State University, Ojo. He is also an alumnus of the Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Insurance and graduated with Upper Credit Division. He equally obtained a Certificate of Competence in Management Advancement Program from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. By virtue of his position as the Executive Director- Technical Operations, he attends all meetings of the Finance & General-Purpose committee, ERM & Investment committee, and Statutory Audit. He joined the board on October 30, 2017.

Mrs. Abisola Folawiyo

Abisola Folawiyo (Nee Fajemirokun) is the Director of strategy and events - Magniva Group Lagos. She is a strategic communications & creative professional specializing in market entry, corporate communications, stakeholder relations, and launch campaigns for Africa-focused start-ups. She has worked with multinational corporations, start-ups, and NGOs. Abisola is currently working as a creative consultant for an international auction house - Bonhams UK. She is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Bonhams Africa strategy to improve knowledge, opportunities, and acquisitions while leveraging Bonham's assets to promote partners to create brand awareness, acquire new clients and drive revenue. Before this role, she was a Communications Consultant at Africa practice where she successfully introduced some of the largest international institutions in EMEA into the Nigerian market, simultaneously helping to strategically position them as key players in their industries and encouraging foreign investment in the country. Before this, she worked for Marcus Evans in London, UK to develop high level conferences including comprehensive analysis of key market trends and developments in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and was an integral part of the development and growth of the division’s structure in Europe. Abisola has an Msc. in International Management from King's College London, UK and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Lancaster University, UK. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). Her interests include Art, History and Travel. Abisola is on the board of Xerox Nigeria Ltd.
